How do I pay for bouncy castle?
No deposit is required but notify us of any changes to avoid delivery charges.Payment on delivery please.
What time is delivery?
We aim to deliver between 8am-12 noon collect 5.00-7.30pm, if u want delivery for a specific time please advise. We can at times leave castle longer depending how busy we are. We do offer a overnight hire at an additional fee.
Does the bouncy castle need electricity? How is it powered?
Yes, you will need a normal 13A plug socket within 25 meters. If you do not have electricity within 25 meters, we can still help.
What if it rains?
Almost all of our inflatables have rain covers and will be fine outside in the rain. Extremely adverse weather does have safety implications and we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Should we believe that the weather poses a safety hazard This is extremely rare though! You can usually can as long as you notify us within the reasonable notice.
How many people can use a bouncy castle?
Generally speaking, between four to twelve children at one time. However, this depends on the size of the users and the size of the bouncy castle. Every inflatable is different, but we do provide detailed information for every item in its description.
Can you place a bouncy castle on hard ground?
We tend to prefer grass. However, it is possible to put a castle on concrete. We use sandbags to hold the inflatable in place instead of pegs.
Is it ok to put a bouncy castle on my lawn, will it cause much damage?
We actually prefer to put the inflatable on a lawn area. For safety reasons, we mush hammer in at least 6 securing pegs to hold the castle down. If you wish to place a ground sheet underneath the castle you are welcome to do so.
Is your equipment pat tested?
All of our equipment is pat tested and we can supply evidence on request.
Are you insured?
We are insured for five million, public liability and we can also show you at request.
Delivering castle through the house or building?
We can deliver your bouncy castle through your house or a building, if it is agreed with the homeowner/owner. We don't need a lot of room a minimum of 3ft wide access to deliver most small castles. We use a heavy duty trolley and we will need to wheel it through the house. Any damage or rain leakage of the castle, if it has been raining, is the homeowner's liability. We will not accept responsibility for any damage that may occur whilst delivering or collecting a castle or anything you may hire from us.
